Terms of Service
Effective June 21, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of SEPTETRON (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Septetron lets teams define company goals and KPIs, create and assign tasks, track progress and use AI‑assisted recommendations in one workspace. The Service may evolve as new planning, analytics and automation features are introduced.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any organization you represent.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing purposes.
- Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the Service’s security or interfere with other users.
- Do not misuse the Service’s automation features to target third parties, send spam, or violate the platforms and channels you operate in.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you create in the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
5. Automation & AI — your responsibility
Septetron produces AI‑assisted recommendations and may suggest or, where you explicitly enable it, take actions on your instruction. These are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing, approving and supervising any action taken through the Service. Automated actions operate only within the controls and approvals you configure.
6. Third‑party services
The Service may connect to third‑party tools and channels you configure (e.g. analytics, repositories, coding agents). Your use of those is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant any specific growth, traffic or business outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEPTETRON and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.
