Septetron (“Septetron”, “we”, “us”) is a company strategy and execution workspace. It helps founders and teams define goals and KPIs, turn strategy into tasks, assign work, track progress and use AI‑assisted recommendations to improve execution. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using Septetron you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information (via Google Sign‑In). When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.
• Workspace data. The content you create in the product — goals, KPIs, tasks, experiments, plans, settings and related notes.
• Technical data. Standard server request information (e.g. timestamps and error logs) needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To store, display and operate your projects and workspace on your behalf.
• To maintain the security, reliability and integrity of the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or for training third‑party models.

3. Cookies

We use a single, strictly‑necessary authentication cookie (an httpOnly session token) to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross‑site tracking cookies.

4. Storage & retention

Your account and project data are retained for as long as your account exists. Deleting a project removes its data; you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service, and where required by law.

6. Your rights

You may access, export or delete your data. Deleting a project removes its graph and associated data; to delete your entire account, contact us using the email below.

7. Children

SEPTETRON is a business tool and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
